Great Benefits!!!
This isn't your average repair shop gig. With multiple locations in Columbus, including one of the largest independently owned shops in the country, this team knows how to treat technicians right. The shop culture is built on respect, great pay, and making sure everyone has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Why This Shop?
Paid Time Off That Pays More : PTO is paid at the tech's average daily hours—so if someone consistently turns 10 hours, they're getting paid for 10 hours when they take time off.
Better Pay Per Job : A 0.2-hour bump is added to non-menu items (about 60% of the work), meaning techs earn more than the standard rate.
No Competing With the Foreman : Foremen don't turn hours. They're there to support diagnostics and keep everything running smoothly.
Steady Workload : With over a million dollars spent on marketing annually, cars just keep rolling in. Many techs average 17+ hours a day.
Perks That Matter : Free lunches every Friday, modern scan tools, and a supportive team environment where techs say it's the best place they've ever worked.
