DIVISION OF MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in marketing, business, economics, agriculture, international affairs or merchandising, and two (2) years of experience in marketing, merchandising, customer service, public relations, research, or advertising.
Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Requires possession of a valid Driver’s License.

JOB DUTIES
Assists with analytics, producing assessments of programs and events to determine impacts and cost analysis and to develop initial review assessments of programs and operations within the division and other areas as directed.
Develops a working knowledge of standard output measurements of events and missions and develops reports on findings. Develops a working knowledge of KPI’s and other metrics as they relate to FFF marketing efforts.
Assists with analytical studies which employ mixed methods that implement quantitative and qualitative approaches used to measure division programs, objectives, effectiveness and return on investment.
Produces research on agriculture commodities, facts, and trends through pertinent means of data presentation.
Assists with an array of technical applications, analysis, testing, development, operations, and enhancements required to optimize division outputs and measurements.
Assists staff with the operations and capabilities of sales cloud, marketing cloud, analytics, survey methodologies, survey development best practices, data presentations and interpretations.
Assists with training and producing and updating training manuals and presentations. Assists with the development of visual aids, statistical charts, tables, slides, and other graphic presentations of facts and trends pertinent to the marketing of Florida agricultural products and the measurement of internal operations.
Provides training, instruction, and guidance to staff on database usage, operations, and recommendations for improvements.
Assists with the bureau’s contracts and goods procurement, as well as report preparation and proofreading at a high standard.
Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge and capability in general office procedures, databases and other technical capabilities needed to achieve superior results in missions, events and projects. Assists with budget or contract management.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
