Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Director - PA or NP at our location in San Diego County, CA. The Clinic Director will oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch patient care and guiding treatment plans. Responsibilities include hormone optimization, weight loss management, providing peptide therapy, administering vitamin treatments, conducting advanced diagnostics, and addressing musculoskeletal pain. The Clinic Director will also lead a team of healthcare professionals, foster a positive clinic environment, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Compensation

$145,000-$175,000 total compensation range, bonus plan

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Orthopedics
• Strong background in Medicine and Healthcare
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalized care and treatment plans
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Medical field, with a PA or NP certification
• Experience in men’s health and wellness is a plus
