Develops schematics detailing control system configuration and wiring, and design equipment panel layouts on AutoCAD software. Develop Sequence of Operation document detailing control strategies for the process under control. Lead design reviews with customer for review and approval of design documents. Work at customer site to perform the system checkout and start-up of the integrated control system. Develop the final record system documentation and provide system training to the customer. You will be working on automation and control system integration projects for clients across multiple industries, including both manufacturing production lines and data center building automation. Will act as technical lead on projects and guide lower-level engineers and technicians. Will act as Project Manager on smaller projects ranging from $50K to $250K. This include,s but not limited to : Assigns work to meet overall project deadlines. Ensures that all project team members clearly understand the scope of W-M responsibilities. Develops schedules for W-M and customer requirements. Evaluates progress on the project and details changes. Responsible for all purchasing and subcontractor requirements. Responsible for the development of costs and proposal of change orders to the contract scope. 10+ years of experience in a variety of the bulleted items below. Experience in industries such as Semiconductor, EV, Life Sciences, Building Automation, and Food and Beverage. In-depth understanding of PLC hardware / software platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Schneider. In-depth understanding of HMI / SCADA hardware / software platforms such as Inductive Automation Ignition, Wonderware ArchestrA System Platform, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk View, and Siemens. In-depth understanding of DCS hardware / software platformCheckout, testing, startup, and commissioning experience Experience in the design of electrical schematics, including power distribution under 480VAC, control panels, and associated NEC references desired. Technical writing including project definition and requirements, clearly delineated status reporting, process control sequence of operations, standard practices and procedures, scope of supply, requests for information, customer correspondence, and code commenting. Experience leading a team of engineers / technicians to provide control system solutions Experience mentoring less experienced engineers Professional references, preferably one from each of the following : a customer, a subordinate, a peer, and a manager. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to approximately 25%.

Job summary :

Education
BS in Engineering Required (Electrical Engineering is preferred).
