Overview
We’re looking for a User Design Specialist to join an innovation-focused team working on bold solutions for students and educators.
This is a part-time (20 hours / week), temporary role (3-6 months) where you’ll play a key role in shaping ethical, inclusive, and impactful research practices while enjoying the flexibility of working fully remote (100%Remote) .
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end participant recruitment for research (interviews, co-design, surveys, usability testing)
- Support researchers with logistics, inclusive strategies, and study design
- Build scalable processes, toolkits, and templates to streamline research ops
- Contribute to long-term research infrastructure with a focus on ethics, privacy, and equity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research is actionable and aligned with program goals
