We're looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead our municipal Water / Wastewater division. This pivotal role involves shaping essential infrastructure and nurturing the next generation of engineering talent.
In this role, you will :
- Lead Project Delivery : Coordinate engineering disciplines and develop project deliverables in a collaborative environment.
- Solve Complex Challenges : Provide technical evaluation and assess solutions for water / wastewater clients.
- Mentor and Grow Talent : Develop less experienced professionals and build project delivery teams.
- Manage Key Projects : Oversee municipal projects like conveyance, sewage collection, stormwater, and water rehabilitation.
- Drive Project Success : Negotiate and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Cultivate Client Relationships : Interface with clients, agencies, and sub-consultants to pursue and execute new water / wastewater projects.
- Identify New Opportunities : Network with potential clients to create new leads and support firm growth.
We're looking for someone who brings :
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in municipal Water / Wastewater consulting engineering, with a progression in project delivery and business development.Existing municipal / private client relationships or the ability to develop them.Motivation to find creative civil engineering solutions.Exceptional technical and communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Preferred qualifications include :
An advanced degree in civil or environmental engineering.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration.Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or BIM.We offer full benefits, paid time off, and a huge emphasis on employee wellness.

Pay : $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
