The Maintenance Supervisor performs repairs and routine preventative maintenance to mechanical equipment, utility systems, structures, and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. This qualified individual supervises the maintenance team and applicable vendors related to maintenance, capital improvements, and physical property, such as landscaping. They perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They work as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the management company. Additionally, they interact with residents and staff in a professional, courteous manner and positive attitude. Responsibilities :
- Maintain records of completed projects and parts used
- Complete preventative maintenance for customers
- Keep a record of completed projects and the parts used
- Execute maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment for homes and offices
- Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Test newly installed components to ensure proper function Qualifications :
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, crawl, and great physical dexterity
- The candidate must have excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, patience and a can-do attitude
- HVAC Certified Compensation : $28 - $33 hourly
