Job Description

This position will follow our hybrid work model, with the selected candidate expected to be in the office 8-10 days per month at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Oracle database development, CI / CD processes, Jenkins, Kubernetes, database optimization, and data manipulation. Responsibilities include leading development projects, designing and maintaining Python applications, optimizing Oracle databases, implementing CI / CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes deployments, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development Projects : Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Python Development : Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and scripts.
• Oracle Database Development : Create and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and schemas.
• CI / CD Implementation : Develop and maintain pipelines using Jenkins and other tools.
• Kubernetes Management : Deploy, manage, and scale applications.
• Database Optimization : Analyze and improve database performance.
• Data Manipulation : Use Pandas for data analysis and transformation.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Technical Documentation : Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer and Information Science, or Computer Engineering.

Work Experience

6 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Certifications

Relevant certifications are a plus.

Travel

Less than 25% travel required.
