Qualifications :

• MD or DO degree
• 1 or 2-year Fellowship in Movement Disorders required
• Eligible to obtain an active medical license in the State of West Virginia
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology, within five years of completing residency
• Current DEA license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
