Overview
Administrative Services Assistant Principal to support the Dean’s Office and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for Academic Affairs in the College of Arts and Sciences, serving as the primary lead to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the curriculum review process through the university’s curriculum management system by tracking, reviewing, and facilitating a high volume of course and program proposals, coordinating revisions with faculty, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion in line with university policies and deadlines. Organizes Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) and Education & Policy Committee (EPC) meetings, trainings, and communications, maintains detailed records, and supports the creation and implementation of new academic programs and curriculum changes. Ensures consistency in office operations by drafting correspondence, editing reports and proposals, maintaining website and communication channels, coordinating events and travel logistics, and serving as a liaison with faculty, college leadership, and campus partners. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage multiple complex priorities while fostering collaborative relationships across the university.

Additional Details
Shift : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm; and occasional evenings and weekends based on unit needs.
Physical Requirements : Sitting at workstation for extended periods; lifting and / or carrying light-weight objects; and walking across campus.
