Paint Estimator / Scheduler

Fair Painters, a sister company of Natural Essentials Inc., is currently seeking a dependable Paint Estimator / Scheduler to help manage subcontracted paint projects. The day to day responsibilities will include estimating projects, writing quotes, scheduling jobs, and coordinating directly with subcontracted paint crews to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate paint estimates based on site visits or project plans.
• Write and send professional quotes to customers.
• Coordinate schedules with subcontracted paint crews to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain clear communication between the company, clients, and paint crews.
• Organize daily tasks to maximize productivity and job efficiency.
• Track project progress and update schedules as needed.
