Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Echo Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer Location : Toledo, OH Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day, 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 30) Job Responsibilities & Requirements : Perform adult echo studies on inpatients and outpatients (average 9 patients / day) Conduct portable and bedside studies Participate in weekend rotation (typically every 5th-6th weekend) On-call duties on weekends (Friday–Sunday) and possibly 1 weekday Must live within a 60-mile radius of the facility Required Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a large tertiary care center (May screen candidates with less if highly skilled) Experience in teaching hospital setting Experience with Trauma Level I patients Required Certifications : BLS RDCS (Adult) or RCS Required Skills : Adult Echo Bubble Study Imaging with Contrast Agents Portable Studies Right Ventricular Inflow / Outflow Tract EPIC charting (preferred) Experience with Philips and PACS equipment (preferred) Preferred Skills : 3-D Echo M-Mode Pharmacologic & Treadmill Stress Echo Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) Work Settings : Adult acute care Outpatient ER (preferred) Patient Population : Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics Other Details : Daily caseload : 8–10 patients First-time travelers accepted Scrub colors : Cranberry and / or Hunter Green Call required Fingerprinting required for Ohio (if applicable) About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies : Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) , proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs .
