As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of fashion-forward stylists who bring confidence to every fitting room and create personalized, on-brand experiences for every guest. You’ll drive results through hands-on coaching, team development, and a relentless focus on our styling culture.

Sales & Customer Experience
- Own all sales goals and KPIs for your location
- Use sales reports to identify trends, guide strategy, and build weekly action plans that drive results
- Lead and model confident, on-brand styling through strong product knowledge, personalized service, and full-look recommendations
- Train and coach team members to deliver occasion-based styling that feels intentional, customer-focused, and aligned with the Threads aesthetic
- Ensure fitting rooms are active, clean, and positioned as the center of the styling experience
- Enforce zoning and service expectations across the floor, including : Warm greetings and personalized engagement, asking styling-led questions to uncover intent and preferences
- Drive metric expectations impact through daily coaching and one-on-one feedback
Team Development & Leadership
Hire, onboard, and retain a high-performing, values-aligned teamAct as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) and ensure the team is aligned and productive during each shiftLead onboarding and training for all new hires, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer service expectations including Assistant Store Manager, Inventory Specialist, Senior Fashion Specialist, Lead Stylists and Stylists.Partner with HR and leadership on employee relationsFoster a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous growthOperations & Visual Standards
Manage payroll and staffing to support sales performance and budget goalsOversee daily operations including opening / closing, cash handling, inventory, and back-of-house managementEnsure compliance with all company policies and operational standards, including loss prevention and back-of-house proceduresExecute all visual directives with accuracy and creativityEnsure inventory is merchandised to reflect seasonal trends, styling capsules, and customer behaviorMaintain clean, shoppable racks and fitting rooms throughout the dayUse sales reports to make informed merchandising decisions based on category performanceMaintain store supply levels and report any equipment or facilities issues promptlyEnsure bi-monthly inventory cycle counts are completed accuratelySubmit reports and metrics to leadership and attend all required meetingsScheduling Expectations
This is a full-time leadership role requiring open availabilityStore Managers are expected to work evenings, weekends, and peak traffic periodsPhysical Requirements :
Position involves continuous talking and walking for at least three consecutive hours. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during the day.Position will involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching.Comfortable climbing a ladder.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
