Job Summary
The QA Automation Engineer, IV is responsible for test automation with agile and waterfall teams for core application projects that impact our care center, clients and customers. This role works with team members to ensure automated testing is completed with proper coverage for all the requirements, leads the team in building test cases and automating testing across Fiserv Optis applications, and assists other Value Streams with their test cases for projects and cross application impact analysis.
Essential Job Functions
- Test Design : Writes automation test scripts using an object-oriented Ruby Cucumber framework for multiple applications such as web based, web services and database, and contributes to extending the existing framework.
- Test Execution & Reporting : Executes tests throughout the project, analyzes and reports test results, identifies and tracks defects through their lifecycle, and provides progress and metrics on test execution and defects to the project team.
- Subject Matter Expert : Develops and maintains expert understanding of all components and functionality of the system and framework, and provides guidance, mentoring and training on testing practices.
- Business Communications : Demonstrates foundational knowledge of credit card operations, banking, financial, loyalty rewards and credit card regulatory while working with various areas of the business, and drives the automated testing of projects and collaborates with stakeholders on testing needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience7 or more years of relevant work experiencePreferred Experience

Salary Range
Base Salary : $108,300.00 – $245,400.00 per year (state and location dependent). Full Salary Range by State :

New York : $119,200.00 – $245,400.00
Washington : $113,700.00 – $225,700.00
Maryland : $113,700.00 – $215,900.00
