We are seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Physician to join our team across multiple locations. This hybrid role combines in-person care with remote flexibility, focusing on treating complex chronic conditions using a personalized, integrative approach.

Minimum Requirements :

Board Certification in Functional Medicine (IFM, A4M, or similar preferred)

Medical degree with active licensure

Minimum 5 years of experience in functional medicine practice

Proficiency in managing complex chronic illnesses

Knowledge of both conventional and integrative lab testing
