  • Must be a master-level user of eMoney and actively using it today (plug-and-play for data entry)
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in financial services
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills including flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience :

  • Experience with other financial planning software such as Right Capital or MoneyGuideElite
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Ability to handle details with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Financial Planning Analyst Overview :

    The Financial Planning Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the creation and execution of high-quality financial plans. This role manages data entry, coordinates workflows, and ensures accuracy across various financial planning software platforms. The Analyst serves as a key connection between advisors and consultants and contributes to advisor onboarding, process improvement, and financial planning deliverables that lead to better client outcomes.

    As part of the Wealth Management organization, the Analyst will collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines, including Product, Financial Planning, Practice Management, Lending & Banking, Trust, Investments, and Operations. The role supports efficient plan input, scenario creation, stress testing, and identification of client strengths and opportunities. The position requires proactive engagement with advisors and business partners to deliver consistent, accurate, and timely financial planning results.

    Job Duties :

  • Enter client data into financial planning software including eMoney, Right Capital, and MoneyGuideElite
  • Assist team members with plan analysis, design, and development of client strategies to meet goals
  • Manage workflow between advisors / planners and case consultants to ensure timely delivery of plans
  • Prepare correspondence, track financial plan progress, and communicate updates as needed
  • Follow up with advisors to ensure annual plan renewals and resolve Not-in-Good-Order (NIGO) issues
  • Research and recommend new workflow or process improvement solutions
  • Create and organize presentation materials for team members and client deliverables
  • Maintain effective communication between consultants and advisors to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Support advisors in running efficient and profitable financial planning practices
  • Embrace the client Way through a comprehensive and consultative approach to client service
