Store Manager - kitchen and Bath

Location : Ft Myers-Florida

We are looking for a Store Manager with vision, leadership, and a passion for transforming spaces

We are seeking a Store Manager with commercial experience, a strong design sense, skills in kitchen design tools, and the strategic vision to combine operations, guidance, and service excellence.

Your challenge :

You will lead the full store operation, develop the sales team, and ensure that every customer enjoys a complete, personalized, and inspiring shopping experience, supported by cutting-edge materials and expert interior design guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise orders, inventory, visual presentation, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Analyze KPIs (sales, margins, expenses) and apply strategies to reach objectives.
  • Execute commercial plans aligned with market trends and the brand’s value proposition.
  • Motivate, train, and support the commercial team to drive growth.
  • Foster a collaborative work culture focused on results, design, and personalized attention.
  • Assist customers in conceptualizing their spaces with practical and aesthetic kitchen and bath solutions.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers to develop kitchen proposals and layouts.
  • Guide customers from inspiration to installation, even when they are unsure of what they want.
  • Use design tools (or be willing to learn our internal software) to support the sales and planning process.
  • Maintain an attractive, organized, and inspiring showroom aligned with the latest trends.
  • Create an environment where customers can confidently visualize their projects.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and administration to ensure efficient, customer-focused processes.
  • Participate in strategic meetings and suggest operational and commercial improvements.

What we’re looking for :

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience in the kitchen & bath sector, remodeling, or interior design.
  • Knowledge of kitchen design tools (ideal) or willingness to learn our internal software.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, design affinity, and customer orientation.
