Fleet Sales Representative
Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for building long-term business relationships? We’re seeking a Fleet Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our commercial vehicle and fleet operations. This role focuses on developing and maintaining partnerships with businesses that rely on dependable fleet solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow B2B relationships by identifying and engaging potential clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continued growth.
Prepare customized proposals and agreements tailored to client needs and operational requirements.
Collaborate with operations and service departments to coordinate vehicle availability, delivery, and maintenance schedules.
Conduct vehicle inspections and fleet evaluations to ensure quality, compliance, and readiness.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and enhance market positioning.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and fleet conditions.
Represent the organization professionally in all customer communications and business dealings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, account management, or fleet / rental operations (commercial vehicle experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a collaborative and professional approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle compliance standards a plus.
