About The Position

First-time travelers accepted

Travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility

Charting System experience required : Cerner

Description : Position : CVOR Tech

Start date : ASAP

Shift : 4x10 (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend call 24 / 7

On-Call Requirement : Yes, 2 call shifts per week during the week plus every other weekend

Floating Requirement : None

Holiday Requirement : On-call rotation as needed

Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week

Years of experience required : 5 years

Orientation details : 24-30 hours

Special Requirements :

Scrub color provided

Knowledge of decontamination and sterilization process and indicators required

Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals depending on volume / census

Daily Census : 10 operating rooms

Patient Ratios : 1 patient ratio per shift

Interdisciplinary Support : Interpretation services available

Additional Unit Information :

Maximum amount of RTO is 10 days

Candidates must have valid state license pending or must be willing to participate in the licensure project

Copy of certifications is required prior to start

Background policy must be noted prior to submission

Return staff policy must be gone 3 years before returning as a traveler

Travelers need to complete up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing

Any conduct issues, including unprofessional behavior or shift call-offs, may result in immediate contract termination.
