Pay Range : $30 - $40 / hour depending on experience

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistance Responsibilities :
- Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs).
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Qualifications :
Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and have an Associate's degree.Must possess a current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) LicenseMust possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminologyAbility to provide patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settingsBenefits :
