job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAs a Principal Product Manager, you will define and execute the AI product strategy for technology that contributes to the Elevate initiative, with a focus on Nonprofit Customers. You will partner closely with sales and business operations to drive technology solutions for registration, eligibility, fraud detection, customer support, and offer signups. The main function of an AI Product Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the product cycle, with responsibilities that include product design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting. These experts then determine how machine learning and artificial intelligence can help solve certain problems. Define product strategy in collaboration with business owners and engineering team Write product features and specifications to enable a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions Partner closely across multiple stakeholder groups and across organizations to drive alignment and project success Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors Disqualifiers : Candidates with missing required skills may be disqualified, but there are no automatic red flags if the resume reflects the needed experience. Best vs. Average : The ideal resume would contain : Experience working with difficult stakeholders Ability to align diverse perspectives Proven product strategy development Experience leading large-scale projects Proven product management experience, including strong feature writing and product strategy background Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills Demonstrated ability to be flexible / adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications / products and business functions Experience

Position Title : AI Product Manager Location : Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date : ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration : 8 Months (Potential chances for extension) Job Type : FULL TIME (40 HRS WEEKLY), CONTRACT, HYBRID Pay Range : $100 / hr to $110 / hr on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Typical Day in the Role :
- Purpose of the Team : The purpose of this team is to support internal operations and digital systems within the enterprise IT organization, specifically for the SELA organization, which includes legal tools and the Elevate initiative supporting nonprofits and educational institutions
- Key projects : This role will contribute to the AI investment supporting the Elevate initiative for nonprofits and educational institutions, product recommendations, streamlined registration, and improved support connections.
