Responsibilities

• Support routine laboratory work including cell passaging, lab cleanliness and maintenance, sample creation and labeling, in-process sample analysis, inventory organization, waste removal, data collection, and review.
• Responsible for cell passages while ensuring proper labeling, handling, storage, and disposal of all chemicals and solutions.
• Assist with high throughput, routine, lab, and pilot scale vector production to support process development and cross-functional material needs.
• Assist with experimental design, execution, and analysis to develop LVV processes.
• Cross-train across the broader Process Sciences team for routine laboratory support of downstream and drug product operations.
• Contribute to equipment troubleshooting and optimization of lab processes, including AMBRs, Biostats, BDCUs, and centrifuges.
• Maintain clear records of experimental work using an electronic notebook system that adheres to company guidelines.
• Communicate data in cross-functional meetings.
• Some overtime work is expected to accommodate process and project needs, with flexibility in schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.93 - $46.63 / hr.
