We are currently searching for a Part Time Registered Nurse to work flexible days Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include : prepares patients for procedures; assist physician during procedure; provides care for patients in recovery and actively participates in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.

Qualifications Required :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current state licensure for nursing practice
• IV experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Two years of registered nurse acute care experience in one of the following settings : telemetry, peri-operative, or intra-operative.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstration of strong professional and ethical practices
• Physical capabilities of performing position responsibilities

We are looking for a registered nurse to join our efficient and fast-paced working environment at Ocean Endosurgery Center. Candidates are required to be trained in all three nursing areas : pre-op, intra-op, and PACU; all applicants must be flexible to the surgery center’s operating hours. Candidates must demonstrate strong interprofessional collaboration skills.
