Commercial Litigation Attorney

A well-established San Francisco law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with an active California Bar license and 1-9 years of litigation experience to join its team and support one or more of its practice groups.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will bring :

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience with retail-trade, construction disputes, government contracts, or employment matters (particularly wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions) is highly desirable but not required.

2+ years litigation experience.
