About the Role - THIS IS A NON-FLYING STUDENT ADVISORY ROLE

We are seeking a Student Success Partner to join our team and serve as a key resource for student success. This role is designed to ensure that students feel supported, guided, and on track throughout their program. The Student Success Partner acts as a bridge between students, instructors, and leadership - providing encouragement, accountability, and direction so every student has the opportunity to reach their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students who need guidance, encouragement, or additional resources.
  • Attend and participate in every student orientation, helping establish a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, interviews, and meetings with students to track progress and address challenges.
  • Coordinate check rides, stage checks, and other progress milestones.
  • Facilitate gate meetings as needed to ensure accountability while maintaining a supportive and student-focused approach.
  • Collaborate closely with instructors and staff to ensure alignment on student progress and success strategies.
  • Identify students at risk of falling behind and proactively provide support and solutions.
  • Act as an advocate for studentsencouraging, motivating, and guiding them through their journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with students.
  • Experience in counseling, advising, education, training, or student services highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to balance support with accountability.
  • A student-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Show professionalism and integrity when dealing with sensitive matters.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-yr college degree or 4 years of student resource work in higher education
  • Must have Flight School operation experience, with full knowledge of 141 operations
  • Preference to applicants holding PPL through CFI certificates
  • Willing to travel to both campuses (Woods Cross and Spanish Fork)
  • Able to pass background check and drug test
