House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager who will be responsible for the project management of our home renovations. This person will oversee 3-6 projects per month, including bidding out jobs, permitting work and ensuring everything is completed according to the project timeline. This is a remote role (does not report to an office every day); however this person will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater Maryland area, therefore you must live in Maryland.
What You Will Do
- Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the set project timeline
- Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors
- Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process
- Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections
- Deliver equipment to job sites if needed
- Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property

Compensation Range : $90,000-130,000 / year (including base and bonus)
