Overview

Job Title : Club Manager at ComForCare Home Care (Raleigh, NC). Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
  • Provide member service oversight to ensure all team members deliver a great customer service experience at all times.
  • Maintain high involvement in front desk tasks : greeting members, tours, member service issues / questions, and related duties.
  • Support for club staff and members.
  • Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
  • Coach and counsel performance to achieve company standards.
  • Ensure prompt opening and closing of the gym and adherence to operating hours.
  • Ensure staff are aware of and trained on current marketing promotions.
  • Complete the manager portion of onboarding in Paycom for all new hires.
  • Ensure the club is open and staffed during all hours of business.
  • Ensure self and team members implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Order supplies and track inventory.

  • Communication : maintain timely and effective communication with staff and departments to prevent misunderstandings.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Honesty and strong work ethic
  • At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

    • Physical Demands

  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
