Company Description

Base Pay : $30.04 – $41.50 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials :

• $4.00 / hour for Nights
• $4.00 / hour for Weekends

Sign-On Bonus :

$30,000 for Night Shift (2-year commitment)

$12,000 for Day Shift (2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Cardiac Care Unit . This full-time position offers day and night shifts with rotating weekends and the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of patients recovering from complex cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care to individuals recovering from :

Open heart surgeries

Heart catheterization and stent placement

Ablations

Pacemaker / AICD placements

Other cardiovascular surgical procedures

Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and provide post-operative cardiac care

Ensure care is aligned with nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a stroke and STEMI-certified facility

Maintain accurate patient records and advocate for patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience , preferably in cardiac, telemetry, or ICU

Education :

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Licensure :

Active RN license in Missouri or compact state

Certifications :

BLS required upon hire

ACLS required within 6 months of hire
