We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Riviera Beach, Florida. Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
• Post and reconcile accounts receivable transactions to the general ledger with accuracy.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Process cash activities, including check handling and bank deposits.
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of financial transactions.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS / 400.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable and general accounting principles.
• Experience in billing functions and reconciling financial data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and internal teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
