About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and bilingual Field Service Representative (FSR) to join a member-driven healthcare organization that provides unique benefits and services to agricultural and community-based groups. This role is all about being in the field—meeting directly with members, providing education on healthcare benefits, assisting with enrollments, and fostering long-term, trusted relationships.

This position is ideal for an energetic individual who is bilingual in Spanish / English, and is comfortable presenting to groups as well as working one-on-one with members. While office work is required, much of the role involves traveling to member sites—sometimes literally out in the fields—to provide service and education.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with member groups through consistent outreach, visits, and support.

Conduct benefit presentations and enrollment meetings in both English and Spanish.

Address level-one service issues related to claims, enrollment, and customer service, escalating when necessary.

Assist members one-on-one with understanding and using their health benefits.

Partner with Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to ensure member engagement and retention.

Participate in health fairs, community events, and other outreach activities to promote membership benefits.

Provide administrative support, including responding to calls, emails, and walk-in member inquiries.

Stay informed about changes in the healthcare marketplace and competitor offerings.

Support claims processing and member service inquiries when time permits.

Travel within the state (up to 50%), with mileage reimbursement and rental car provided for trips beyond 200 miles.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking required; writing in Spanish is a plus).

High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field (experience with ASO / EPO, PPO / HMO preferred).

Knowledge of insurance plans, member services, and medical terminology strongly preferred.

Health or life insurance license is a plus.

Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable leading group sessions and one-on-one discussions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Ability to thrive in both structured office settings and hands-on field environments.

Flexibility to adapt to seasonal demands (busy open enrollment season in Q4 with limited time off, offset by greater flexibility the rest of the year).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $60,000 – $70,000 annually (hourly structure).

Year-End Bonus : Performance-based bonus at year-end.

Mileage & Travel Support : Mileage reimbursement and a rental car provided for long-distance travel.

Cell Phone Reimbursement.

Comprehensive Benefits Package.

Performance Reviews : Conducted annually in July.
