General Functions

Responsibilities of the daily function of Crisp Container. Help assist office managers with any arising issues that management brings to their attention. Greets customers in a friendly manor and assist with any questions.

The Crisp Swing will help or fill in at any desks at Crisp Container.

Responsibilities

  • Fill-in as needed to perform manager duties.
  • Greets Visitors and candidates when entering the facilities.
  • Sorting Mail, answering phones and taking messages, submitting time cards and sign in sheet to HR manager, ordering supplies
  • Maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Work on any recon issues that may arise daily.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of Excel Operating System.
  • Good communications skill required.

    • Working Relationships

  • Exchange information and / or ideas with working peers and all levels of management.
  • Work daily with peers in carrying out assigned tasks.
