We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven, and ready to join our winning team as a Watch Sales Consultant. In this position, you won't just be selling watches; you'll be curating a narrative around the world of horology. You need to have a passion for the detailed world of watches and always want to expand your watch knowledge.

Our team is full of people who are driven and passionate (hungry), take an active pursuit in growth and learning (humble), and know how to build rewarding relationships with clients (smart / emotionally intelligent). To be successful, you will have to be a master in sales, networking, clienteling, and always give 100%.

Bailey's Fine Jewelry is in the top 1% of jewelers in the country. It has been family owned and operated for over 75 years, is a member of both the Continental Buying Group and AGS (American Gem Society) and has five locations.

We pride ourselves on offering not only the best jewelry collection but also an exclusive collection of timepieces. Fox & Bailey is one of the most unique and coolest watch boutiques in the country. Our legacy is built on a passion for exquisite craftsmanship, and we are looking for a fellow watch enthusiast to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell jewelry as well, but the focus will be on watches.
