Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows including booth setup, swag, and travel
Coordinate pre- and post-event outreach and support presenters with planning and logistics
Track and report on event outcomes and manage event budgets
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role
Highly organized and reliable with strong project management skills
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
Self-motivated and proactive
