Enterprise Partner Sales, part of Microsofts Worldwide Sales & Solutions (WSS) organization, is accountable for building and co-selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services, with our global Enterprise partners. Our Enterprise partner portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high-value management consultancies (SI), independent software vendors (ISV) and software development companies - working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.
Youll work across sales, finance, legal, engineering, and executive teams to orchestrate multi-threaded deals from origination to close. Your role is pivotal in aligning partner ambitions with Microsofts strategic priorities, ensuring every agreement delivers measurable value and long-term success.
Youll be joining a small team within Enterprise Partner Solutions that thrives on solving the hardest business and technical problems through joint innovation, strategic insight, and operational excellence. We operate as trusted advisors internally and externally and cross-functional leaders, driving clarity, speed, and impact across the deal lifecycle. Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office within the US, or a 25-mile commute of a non-US, country specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
