The Optum Consumer Office focuses on delivering exceptional digital experiences and building capabilities that enhance consumer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty across various digital touchpoints. Our team is dedicated to leveraging technology, data and design to create seamless, intuitive and accessible experiences that meet consumer needs and preferences. As a Lead digital product manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of our digital roadmap. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital product portfolio, shaping the future of our offerings and driving business growth through innovative product strategies.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
