How Youll Make An Impact

  • Act as an advocate for complex clients, providing assistance and coverage advice; monitor large and complex claims; document all pertinent activity related to the claim.
  • Consult with clients and brokers on claims and coverage issues; facilitate and attend client meetings and claims reviews.
  • Negotiate changes in reserves for a positive client outcome by line of coverage; provide status reports to clients as required by applicable service plans.
  • Review action plans and reserves with consideration for client costs; actively research and obtain claims information from clients and carriers; communicate timely and accurately with all interested parties.
  • Review new problematic or complex claims on designated clients and formulate a plan of action to achieve a favorable resolution.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; 3 years of experience in a claims role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of the lines of coverage within area of responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large, diverse workload while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge and working ability to use all claims and business-related software.
