Confectionary Cupboard is looking for an experienced cake decorator with fondant skills to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 7300 Center St, Mentor, Ohio. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and has reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in decoration of cakes, cupcakes, and special orders.
  • Comprehend and preform Confectionary Cupboard’s process of cake decorating, pricing, and customer orders.

Qualifications

  • Decorate cake from start to finish : level, trim, dirty ice, and decorate according to order specifications and Confectionary Cupboard’s standard.
  • Able to make buttercream flowers.
  • Ability to answer the phone and take customer orders.
  • Able to write legibly and creatively in buttercream on cakes / cake boards.

    • Additional Skills

  • Some professional experience is required
  • Elevated Fondant skills are a plus
