Automotive Service Advisor - KIA

General Job Duties Include :

• Greet customers, write Repair Orders and Dispatch work to technicians
• Answer phones, set appointments and assist with callers' needs
• Present maintenance items and sell needed repairs to customers
• Provide phone and text updates on repair status
• Complete necessary paperwork and assist with collecting payment
• Follow process and procedures to assist other staff members
• Meet sales and customer satisfaction standards set by management

Applicant must have above average customer service skills, automotive knowledge and administrative competency. Prior Experience preferred. Full time position with full benefits available. Applicant must be able to pass pre-employment checks.
