As a Quality Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Lead all facets of a plant quality organization as a contributing member of the Plant Operating Committee (POC) upholding accountability, developing talent and developing cohesive strategies across all functions within the plant.
• Promote and maintain safe work environments for all employees
• Manage, Support & Develop Quality Systems, Quality Engineering and Quality Technician staff.
• Develop & Implement Quality Strategy(ies) for the site and department inclusive of corporate, business and division initiatives.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with regulatory and certified body registrations that include but not limited to ISO9001, ISO13485, FDA, and NIOSH.
• Maintain interaction with division quality organization ensuring plant's compliance to division and corporate QMS requirements
• Oversee critical QMS sub-process such as : CAPA, CMP, Supplier Management, Complaints, internal and external audits, non-conforming, scrap, Quality Holds, training, etc
• Manage appropriate supplier interactions (internal and external) and supplier management process

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 - $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
