Trillium Construction is hiring for MEP Superintendents in Lexington, KY to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale construction projects in the area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Duties :

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for MEP scopes of work, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Lead coordination efforts between MEP subcontractors, general contractors, and project teams to resolve conflicts and maintain schedule integrity.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and progress, addressing issues proactively.
• Manage MEP schedules, track progress, and report on milestones and potential delays.
• Ensure all safety protocols and standards are strictly enforced, maintaining a culture of zero incidents.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide technical expertise and field leadership.
• Lead commissioning and turnover of MEP systems, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and punch lists.
