Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication and storytelling abilities with executive presence. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in healthtech, SaaS, or aging-related products. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments. Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead and develop a team of UX / UI designers and researchers.
- Define and drive a unified UX strategy across multiple digital products.
- Establish scalable design systems and workflows that ensure consistency.
- Champion user-centered design principles and promote research-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Present design concepts, strategies, and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, intuitive design solutions.
