Senior Manager : Compliance & Reporting

As a senior member of Records & Contracts, the R&C Senior Manager : Compliance & Reporting plays a key role in executing complex and highly visible records and contracts compliance programs and initiatives within the Deloitte US Firm. The Senior Manager works with R&C leaders to develop and execute strategy, interacts with senior level cross-functional stakeholders, and leads a US and India-based team, overseeing compliance and reporting processes that support the digitization, modernization, automation, and transformation of records, contracts, and related business processes. Activities are focused on records and contracts compliance that impacts all levels of the organization, resulting in improved records and contracts related outcomes and further risk mitigation, while maintaining and promoting operational excellence, system effectiveness, and adherence to the organization's records and contracts management policies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will :

  • Lead the development, execution, management, oversight, and enhancement of records and contracts compliance projects and processes.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of innovative records and contracts compliance and reporting projects.
  • Lead the compliance and reporting team within Records & Contracts in the planning, execution, and enhancement of compliance and reporting programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and go-to-market Deloitte teams on cross-functional solutions.
  • Engage with key cross-functional stakeholders as a trusted business advisor.
  • Promote awareness of emerging and current business trends, operating conditions, and internal processes.
  • Assist in the development and execution of records and contracts management strategies and programs.
  • Ensure adherence to records and contracts management policies.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess :

  • Knowledge of information, records, and contracts management principles.
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and experience using other Microsoft tools.
  • Advanced program and project management skills.
  • Excellent team leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to interact and work productively with business and enabling areas leadership.
  • Superior organization, consultative, communication, negotiating, persuasion / influencing, consensus building, time management and presentation skills.
  • Required :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience with compliance technology solutions, reporting, or analytics.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Records Manager (CRM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Contract Management-related certification.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or natural language processing is a plus.
  • Experience navigating change and exerting influence within a partnership environment.
  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
