EI certification required; PE license preferred or ability to obtain PE within 612 months via reciprocity. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and hydraulic modeling tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license and clean driving and criminal background. 5+ years of hands-on design experience in water / wastewater systems. Experience with plan and detail production, permit submittals, and coordination with reviewing agencies. Familiarity with permitting processes in Florida (FDEP, local municipalities). Proficiency in Civil3D and / or Revit.

What Youll Do
- Provide engineering design support on water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects across Northwest Florida and the Gulf Coast.
- Perform hydraulic evaluations, design calculations, plan and profile drafting, and specification development.
- Support permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Conduct field investigations, attend client meetings, and assist with construction-phase services.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and senior engineers to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Stay current on local utility agency standards and regulatory requirements.
