What You'll Do

  • Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
  • Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and post-treatment care.
  • Participate in activities that enhance patient safety and quality compliance.
  • Develop and document individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
  • Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety in your work environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Active RN license.
  • No prior nursing experience required.
  • Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
