We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst for our Digital Enterprise Technology organization within our Office of the CDO Team. We are seeking an individual who is inquisitive, enjoys finding solutions to ambiguous challenges, and loves leading teams towards a common goal. The Strategy & Operations team partners with each DET SVP in a Chief of Staff capacity to accelerate execution and drive measurable business impact. We streamline strategy delivery, ensure each DET Pillars' initiatives align with broader DET and Enterprise organizational goals, and strengthen cross-functional coordination. As strategic advisors and operational leaders, we translate each DET SVP's vision into clear priorities and outcomes - enabling each DET Pillar to operate with focus, efficiency, and accountability. In this role, you will support our Digital Enterprise Technology leaders and our global team with various operational programs and employee initiatives. You will be responsible for working closely with key business stakeholders to drive efforts from scoping through to delivery. You will utilize strong communication, organization, program management, and analytical skills to design clear pathways and partnerships building the road ahead. You will approach work with a solution-oriented mindset, integrity, and agility. This position requires a highly analytical mind, bias for action, close attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, a great attitude and work ethic.
