Site Quality Control Manager

Position Overview

The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves the development and implementation of inspection processes, as well as collaborating with other departments to improve product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and components to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the training of staff on quality control processes and inspection techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
