We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Traveling Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, has a passion for electrical work, and enjoys traveling. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians to ensure the successful completion of large-scale industrial jobs and data center projects. This role requires extensive travel, with up to 75% of your time spent on the road.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Traveling Electrical Foreman, your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Leading and supervising a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various locations.
  • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and 70E.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Managing and executing terminations, relay operations, and PLC's.
  • Handling medium to high voltage equipment and motor controls.
  • Creating a culture of kindness and respect on the job, fostering a positive working environment.
  • Coaching team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Working up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Traveling Electrical Foreman position should possess the following qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field, with at least 2 years as an Electrical Foreman on data center or large-scale industrial jobs.
  • Proficiency in PLC's, relays, terminations, troubleshooting, medium voltage, high voltage, and motor controls.
  • Certified in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and 70E.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Approachable, coachable, and friendly personality.
  • Proven ability to create a culture of kindness and respect.
  • Willingness to work up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week.
