Master Industrial Electrician

Silgan Containers is hiring a full-time Entry Level Industrial Electrician for our Plover, Wisconsin plant. This is the perfect opportunity for electricians with some experience or a technical degree who want to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Schedule

  • Master Electrician pay : $39.62 per hour
  • 12 hour rotating shifts, 4 to 5 days on and 4 to 5 days off
  • Rotate between days and nights each month
  • Full work schedule for the entire year provided on day one

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systems
  • Mentor entry level and journeyman electricians
  • Oversee PLC programming and work with Allen Bradley systems
  • Ensure all electrical work meets safety and compliance standards
  • Plan and implement preventative maintenance strategies

    • Requirements

  • Five or more years of industrial electrician experience
  • Advanced knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems
  • Ability to lead and train other electricians
  • Strong focus on workplace safety and compliance
