Job Description

Manage flooring projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee material procurement and scheduling to align with project milestones. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements where needed.
