job_description.job_card.job_description3-5 years previous leadership experience required Trench Shoring Experience preferred Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written, in English. Bilingual a plus Advanced customer relations and problem-solving skills. Intermediate typing and computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Collaboratively work with branch employees and management to achieve business sales and efficiency goals. Review daily, weekly and monthly reports with Branch Manager to monitor branch performance and take corrective action with any deficiencies which includes developing action plans Monitor fleet performance and prepare equipment requisitions for additional equipment. Actively manage and monitor employee overtime Participate in interview and hiring employees Participate in training development of a dedicated work force while seeking to provide opportunities for career growth for everyone. Provide immediate coaching and guidance as it relates to their performance Participate in employee job performance reviews and develop action plans for their continual training and development Promote a teamwork-oriented environment to provide exceptional customer service Develop and empower all employees to make sound decisions Communicate with sales on leads and customer feedback to ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered. Participate in monitoring and use of training assessment tools to ensure exceptional customer service skills of inside salespeople Assist the counter or dispatch during peak times 20% of time could be doing pick up, repairs and prejob work outside of the branch as needed Other duties as needed
